You can view the full activity history of a job—such as when it was created, updated, assigned, or marked as done—through the History tab. This helps you track all changes made over the course of the job.
Viewing a job’s timeline
- Open the job you want to review
- Click or tap on the History tab in the job details
- This works both for web and mobile apps.

The timeline will display time-stamped actions, including:
- Job creation and edits
- Status updates (e.g., In Progress, Done)
- Assignment or reassignment of team members
- Notes or attachments added
Note: Each action or event on the timeline will be linked to a member of your team and show you the date and time when it was performed.
