How to view a job’s activity timeline

You can view the full activity history of a job—such as when it was created, updated, assigned, or marked as done—through the History tab. This helps you track all changes made over the course of the job.

Viewing a job’s timeline

  • Open the job you want to review
  • Click or tap on the History tab in the job details
    • This works both for web and mobile apps.

The timeline will display time-stamped actions, including:

  • Job creation and edits
  • Status updates (e.g., In Progress, Done)
  • Assignment or reassignment of team members
  • Notes or attachments added

Note: Each action or event on the timeline will be linked to a member of your team and show you the date and time when it was performed.
